Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy concerns the operation of the Conference website located under the following URL address: https://automationforum.pl/ and transmission of Notifications and the scope of data processing. Definitions formulated in the Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Privacy Policy. This document enters into force on 1 May 2018. The Organisers reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept this Privacy Policy please do not use the website and resign from participating in the Conference.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to providing data security, including Personal Data. At the stage of Registration and browsing the https://automationforum.pl/ website the SSL protocol is used.
  2. The Personal Data is processed in conformance with the provisions of the law, Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  3. The scope of data we are collecting:
  4. Personal Data entered freely at the Registration stage (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, position, company name) and the date and time of registration and the IP address.
  5. Cookie files stored in terminal equipment (“cookies”),

Commercial information shall be deemed to mean: offerings, information about promotions, offering brochures, product price information

Event information shall be deemed to mean informing about events such as: conferences, publications, webinars, debates and other meeting formulas organised by Evention or InfiniteDATA or co organised.

In the event of consent withdrawal we have the right to process your email address and the logs allowing determination when the consent was withdrawn exclusively for the purpose of pursuing rights / resolution of claims.
